Facility Rentals

Preservation Parks offers facilities for rent for group activities, such as family reunions, weddings, corporate retreats and public meetings. The Nature Centers are available for business-related events and public meetings only; the Shelters are available for business and social events.

Alcoholic beverages are not permitted within the parks or facilities.

Nature Centers

Mary McCoy Nature Center at Hogback Ridge Preserve The Mary McCoy Nature Center at Hogback Ridge Preserve

Business meeting space is available in the board room, with access to the nature center, bird observation room, kitchen, restrooms and outdoor deck.

    • Corporate fee:
         $150 for a four-hour block; four hours minimum.
    • Non-profit organizations, clubs and schools:
         $75 for a four-hour block; four hours minimum.
         $75 deposit, returned to renter if condition of the facility remains as it was prior to the rental.

Business meeting space is available in the classroom, with access to the kitchen, during the regular rental hours.

The Nature Center and library are accessible between 12p.m. - 5 p.m.

    • Corporate fee:
         $150 for a four-hour block; four hours minimum.
    • Non-profit organizations, clubs and schools:
         $75 for a four-hour block; four hours minimum .
         $75 deposit, returned to renter if condition of the facility remains as it was prior to the rental.

The Mary McCoy Nature Center and The Lodge can be reserved at the following times:

Winter (November – March): 9 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Summer (April – October): 9 a.m. – 9 p.m.


 

Picnic Shelters

  • $45 deposit, returned to the renter if the con­di­tion of the facil­ity remains as it was prior to the rental

  • Elec­tric­ity, flush toi­lets and run­ning water
